How could you tell if a guy like you?

I can't tell cause he doesn't come and say hi. He used to say hi. I told him I'm close with a neighbor friend after that he stop. He nevers calls and I'm doing the calling. He only called once. It seems to me he doesnt want people to know we talk. Why? I talk to everybody in the neighborhood. People knows im friendly. So why would people ask. I don't talk to the creepy old man and crazy man they freak me out. When I do call sometimes he answer and it seems to me he make excuse not to talk to me. I can't read his mind. I can't tell. I could never tell how a guy feels. Should I call? Should i just stop? What should I do?
