Is there a reason for me to call?

Is there a reason for me to call him? I can't make up my mind to call him or not. He diss me a couple times. I don't like to be diss and ignore.The last time he diss me I was really pissed off. I did stop calling him for a couple months I started calling him cause he wasn't feeling well. Should I just left him alone by not getting myself in this mess. I ask him a lot of times if he has a girlfriend. He said he doesn't. But all the signs are there that he does. If a guy likes a girl wouldn't the guy make the effort to call anyway. He used to come up and talk to me but he stop after I told him I was married and I'm close with a person he know. I can't decide if I should call him or not. Is there a reason for me to call him after he diss me. I don't know what to do.  There werid thing is I never mention to him he was ingoring me. The last time I spoke to him he said he won't ignore me. Werid!
