Frustrating

I ask one question all the time. He said I'm Frustrating him cause I ask this question. Does that mean I'm annoying him for asking that question.I do ask alot of questions. I call him again he said he was busy that day.I haven't call him since cause I don't want him to think I'm annoying!! I ask him why he doesn't call he said cause he always busy and he not feeling well. I'm always busy to but I at least i try calling. I get annoyed myself when people ask question to. He got really mad cause I ask him the same question. I won't be asking that question again.
